Hey, I'm Jamie, a Nottingham-based DJ playing everything from weddings and private parties to bars, clubs and the occasional radio show.

I play a pretty broad mix of music, depending on where you catch me. At weddings and parties, it's all about getting people dancing. In bars, clubs and on the radio, you'll usually find me digging into my house music collection.

Weddings, parties & private events

For weddings and parties, I'm an open-format DJ, playing a bit of everything to keep the dancefloor busy. From 70s, 80s and 90s classics through to current chart hits, disco, funk, R&B, indie, dance anthems and plenty more.

I regularly work alongside James, a fantastic live singer, for a combined Live Singer & DJ package.

I'm a big believer that no two parties should sound the same, so I'll always work with you to get a feel for the music you love (and the stuff you'd rather I didn't play!).

Bars, clubs & house music

Then there's my love of house music.

This is where I get to dig a little deeper into my collection. Disco house, funky house, soulful and vocal house, deep grooves, classics and plenty of newer and lesser-known tracks.

It's the music I love discovering and sharing, and what you'll generally hear me playing in bars, clubs and on the radio.

I also host my own two-hour show, Around The Houses, every Saturday from 10pm to midnight on Groove London Radio.

It's basically an excuse for me to dig through my crates and play some of my favourite house music, old and new. No particular rules — if it's good and makes you want to dance, I'll play it!

Have a listen!

If you fancy hearing what I do, you'll find recordings of my radio shows and DJ sets over on Mixcloud, along with more mixes and videos on YouTube.

My weekly radio show can be heard every Saturday night on Groove London radio, 10pm-12am
